Instructions for Poster Presenters

• The ideal poster size should be max. 1.15 m (115 cm) high x 0.85 m (85 cm) wide.
• Fasteners are available on site.
• You can start to install your poster from 8.30 a.m. on Thursday July 10.
• Official Poster Sessions are held at 2pm - 3pm on July 10 and 2pm - 3pm on July 11.
  • each presenting author should be in front of his poster.
  • do not remove the poster
• Five posters will be selected by all the participants for plenary oral presentations from 2.30pm to 4.10pm on Saturday (15min talk plus 5min discussion each).
• Each poster should be removed by 5pm on Saturday July 12.
